Introduction: Your Gateway to Hosting Management

Your cPanel (Control Panel) is the central hub for managing all aspects of your web hosting account, including setting up email accounts, managing files, and installing applications like WordPress.

For your convenience and security, the fastest way to access cPanel is directly through your Client Area using our Single Sign-On method.

Method 1 (Recommended): Single Sign-On via Client Area

This is the fastest method, as it requires only your Client Area credentials and automatically logs you into cPanel without needing a separate cPanel username or password.

  1. Log In to the Client Area:

  2. Navigate to Your Services:

    • Once logged in, click on the Services menu (or My Services).

    • You will see a list of your active hosting packages.

  3. Access cPanel:

    • Click on the specific hosting package you wish to manage.

    • On the Service Details page, look for the Management Actions sidebar (usually on the left).

    • Click the button labeled Login to cPanel.

A new tab will automatically open, and you will be securely logged into your cPanel dashboard.

Method 2: Direct cPanel Login

You can also bypass the Client Area and log in directly to cPanel using the separate, unique credentials that were provided in your initial welcome email.

  1. Find Your cPanel Credentials:

    • Your unique cPanel username and password were sent to you in your initial "Welcome to Hosting Account" email. (If you cannot find your password, you can reset it in the Client Area under your service details).

  2. Access the Login Page:

    • In your web browser, navigate to one of the following URLs (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name):

      • https://yourdomain.com/cpanel (The most common, domain-based link)

      • https://yourdomain.com:2083 (The secure port connection)

      • https://serverhostname.com:2083 (Use the server hostname provided in your Welcome Email)

  3. Enter Credentials:

    • Enter your specific cPanel Username.

    • Enter your cPanel Password (these are case-sensitive).

    • Click Log In.

Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

Issue Cause Solution
Login button does nothing. You are using an outdated or cached link. Clear your browser's cache, then try Method 1 (via the Client Area).
"Invalid Login" using Method 2. You are mixing up your Client Area password with your cPanel password. Use the "Reset Password" function within your Client Area, or contact support if the reset fails.
"Connection Refused" or page won't load. Your IP address may be temporarily blocked by a security firewall (due to too many failed attempts). Try logging in using your smartphone connected to cellular data (not your Wi-Fi). If that works, contact our support team to have your IP unblocked.
